Statement of Account

you have the right to receive, on request, and free of charge, at any time throughout the agreement a statement of the account. The statement will be in the form of a table and will show the following:

a) the date and details of each instalment owing under the agreement

b) the conditions relating to they payment of the instalments

c) breakdown of each instalment showing how they comprise of:

• capital repayment;

• interest payment; and

• if applicable, any other charges.

 

Charges

if you fail to pay your instalments in accordance with the agreement we will charge you £20 for each notice or letter sent to you concerning arrears. We may at any time increase this charge by reasonable notice by an amount that is reasonable taking into account our overhead costs or inflation. You will also have to pay our reasonable costs of tracing you if you change your address without notifying us. You will also be responsible for any reasonable costs or expenses incurred in enforcing our rights against you such as court costs or legal fees.

 

Missing Payment

Missing payments could have severe consequences and make obtaining credit more difficult. In certain circumstances this can lead to legal action being taken against you.

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement without reason. The period of withdrawal lasts for 14 days and starts after the agreement is made and ends 14 days later. If you wish to withdraw from the agreement then you must contact Certegy Limited on 01236868810 or write to Certegy Limited at PO box 3232, Cumbernauld, Scotland, G67 1YU. If you choose to withdraw from the agreement, you are withdrawing from the credit only and cannot return the goods. You must repay the credit with no delay and no later than 30 calendar days of giving notice of withdrawal. To repay the credit you must Certegy Limited at the details above.

 

Early Repayment

You have the right to repay early either in part or in full. If you wish to make an early repayment you must contact Certegy Limited on 08706001162 or write to Certegy Limited, Finance Department, PO Box 885, Edgbaston, Birmingham B16 9DH and state you wish to early repay and when you will make the repayment.
